2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Vaishali (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority') in the present matter.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If an appeal is filed before the Authority within three weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits, expeditiously and latest within a period of four months from the date of its filing.
