JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Police has submitted the final form and as on today, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner.
In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty that if any subsequent event comes, he will take steps for anticipatory bail.
Permission, as prayed for, is granted. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
