It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the State has initiated process for appointment of 591 instructors and requisition has been sent on 12.1.2018. He submits that the petitioner would be applying for consideration against the vacancies that is to be published by the State Commission. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is discharging the duty of instructor since 1997 and that in case of other similarly situated, this Court in C.W.J.C.No. 10050 of 2013 has directed that benefit of regularization be granted to the petitioners having regard to the fact that they have been

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of. This Court, while disposing of the writ petition however would record that petitioner would be entitled to similar consideration in the process for filling up vacancies which are to be published pursuant to the communication dated 12.1.2018.
