Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 35 of 2017 registered under Sections-307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity on account of last panchayat election. In last panchayat election, both families had contested the election. Injury sustained has been found to be simple in nature. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that materials have come during investigation to suggest that petitioner had given blow below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26411 of 2017 (2) dt.17-07-2017 the left eye causing injury. It has come in the diary that petitioner torn the blouse of the informant.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the allegations levelled and the materials collected during investigation, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
