ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 12.03.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya by which it has directed the Petitioner to pay ad-interim maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- in Misc.
