Petitioner

Versus

The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ranjan Kumar Jha For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Arun Kumar Singh -5 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 841 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 504, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the informant, causing injury on the ear.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that injuries are simple in nature and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14875 of 2018 (3) dt.08-05-2018 2/2 petitioner has criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) spal/- U
