The petitioners being Gotni and Bhainsur of the deceased lady apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case diary in the present case was called for which has since been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a general and omnibus allegation has been made against these petitioners and there is no material in the case diary to connect these petitioners with the offence alleged.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32613 of 2015 (3) dt.04-11-2015 Learned counsel for the State after perusal of the case diary submits that save and except the allegation made in the F.I.R. there is no cogent material in the case diary to connect these petitioners in the offence in question.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut (Chero) P.S. Case No 24 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Anjana Mishra, J) Amin/- U
