Admittedly, the petitioner passed the said test in the examination held in the month of July, 1996 in relation to the session 1994-96.
2. The provisional National Trade Certificate has been issued to him on 10.05.1997. All these years he has patiently waited for issuance of original Trade Certificate, which has not been done in so many years.
