2. The petitioners are purchasers of 1 Katha 10 Dhurs of land vide Registered Sale Deed dated 27th of July, 2009.
3. The grievance of the petitioners is against the threats meted out by Manoranjan Kumar, Respondent No. 6.
4. Since the petitioners claim to be in possession of the land purchased by them, and apprehending interference in possession from Respondent No. 6, it is open to the petitioners to avail such
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.891 of 2016 dt.14-09-2016 2/2 remedy as is available to the petitioners to protect their property. But invocation of jurisdiction of this Court under the guise of threat to life is misconceived.
5. Consequently, the present writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail such other remedy as is available to them to protect their property from any encroachment or threatened dispossession.
