JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to take serious action against the private respondents who have again encroached the public road (Gairmajura land) bearing Khata No. 85, Khesra No. 5918, from which encroachment was removed by the respondents in

Patna High Court CWJC No.12979 of 2024(2) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 terms of the Hon'ble Court order dated 05.01.05, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6359/04 and further be pleased to direct the respondents to remove the alleged encroachment from the public road made by private respondent."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Kalyanpur, District-East Champaran, Motihari for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
