2. In view of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh & anr. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. (2017) 5 SCC

Patna High Court CWJC No.6780 of 2010(3) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 383, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the principles laid down by the Apex Court in that case and take final decision within a period of four months form the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
