The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case in short is that in course of drinking wine near the house, the accused persons intercepted the informant and started hurling abuses to him and in consequence thereof, firing was also resorted to, as a result of which, son of the informant sustained fire-arms injury.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23-04-2019. Charge

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55406 of 2019(2) dt.03-09-2019 2/2 sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner is said to be an order give. No specific injury is attributed against the petitioner.

On behalf of the State and O.P. No. 2 , it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hisua (Hasua) P.S. Case No. 144 of 2019.
