2. Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner being the legally wedded wife is entitled to all the terminal benefits after the death of her husband, who had died on 29.05.2024 and

Patna High Court CWJC No.12964 of 2024(2) dt.05-09-2024 2/3 for which, she has been harassed and forced to move from pillar to post in spite of her having a detailed representation before the Joint Secretary (Finance), ISRO (Respondent No.4) for the payment of terminal benefits and before the Branch Manager, Central Bank of India for expeditious redressal of her grievance.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner further informs that for the relief(s), as prayed for in the present writ petition, the petitioner has filed an application before the OMBUDSMAN to redress her grievance and the same is pending for adjudication, however, as the OMBUDSMAN has not taken any action, the petitioner seeks to file a fresh application before the authorities concerned giving all the details in support of her claim and for interfering with the illegal action of the Branch Manager, Central Bank of India, Gulzarbagh, Patna (Respondent No.5) and the Joint Secretary (Finance), Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Antariksh Bhawan, New Bel Road, Bengaluru, (Respondent No.4), who has harassed the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner also desires to pursue her remedy before the OMBUDSMAN by giving details the manner in which she has

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I find it proper to direct the respondent Nos.4 and 5 to redress the grievance of the petitioner and send details about their action taken by them well within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of the order so that the application of the petitioner for considering her grievance may not be delayed further in any manner. In case, the learned OMBUDSMAN after examining the grievance of the petitioner on the basis of the information/action of the respondents nos. 4 and 5 finds that the grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed then the appropriate legal action is required to be taken against the erring respondent(s).

6. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
