JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but it appears from perusal of the first information report that the entire allegation centers around against the co-accused persons and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he was also working in the said company. The learned Additional Sessions Judge has mentioned in his impugned order that petitioner happens to be an Executive Director of the company which is being run without any valid licence but it has specifically been pleaded in this petition that petitioner was not an Executive Director of the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S.Case No. 220 of 2011.
