ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/ 148/149/341/323/307/332/333/353/427/283/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case was lodged against over 200 persons and petitioners are said to be part of the crowd. There is no specific allegation against the present petitioners.

In view of the present facts and circumstances, let the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest / surrender within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27023 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 P2/2 a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge-III-cum-A.C.J.M.- III-Banka, in connection with Belhar (Khesar) P.S. Case No. 194/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
