The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25(1-b) A/ 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 12.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7391 of 2015. The petitioner is in jail since 13.12.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for eight months. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Bishwambharpur P.S.
