The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Naurangia P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 registered under Section 120(b), 409, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner, who happened to be an Assistant Teacher, Primary School, is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case for no fault. Further submission is that in similar matter (Annexure-2), a Bench of this Court quashed the F.I.R.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25456 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-II, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Naurangia P.S.
