JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2016 Learned counsel for the respondent is present. The present application has been filed for anticipatory bail being complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A, 316, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Though, the complaint was filed with accusation under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant died subsequently to the filing of the complaint. Hence, notices were issued to the father of the victim.

Learned counsel for the father of the complainant is present. However, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 19.04.2016 when the matter was adjourned for today. Today

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36787 of 2015 (7) dt.12-07-2016 also none appears for the petitioner.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 1927 of 2012, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra. With the above observation this application is disposed of.
