2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion, except which there is no objective material to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner is the mother of the deceased and attempt has been made to give the entire episode the colour of honour killing as the deceased was in love with her sister's devar whom she had accompanied on the date of occurrence. The petitioner is a lady claiming clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP appears and refers to the case diary but has not pointed out any adverse material therein against the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 27.08.2019 pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta Case No. 148 of 2019 is hereby confirmed.
