Petitioners being wife of the brother and brothers of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is killing the sister of the informant after seven years of marriage since there was demand of Rs. 50,000/- for business purpose by the husband of the victim and on non-fulfilment of the same threatening was given by him. It is alleged that all the accused persons in connivance with each other killed the victim. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

No.32202 of 2015 (2) dt.07-08-2015 2/2 petitioners that admittedly the informant is not the eye witness to the occurrence and only on suspicion the entire in-laws have maliciously been roped in the present case. The informant has subsequently retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 67 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
