The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sarsi P.S. Case No.115 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of apprehended accused. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
