Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act and 18/20/23 U.P.A Act.

Taking into consideration that explosive substance as well as naxelite literatures were recovered from possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S.Case No. 119 of 2019, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Gaya stands rejected.
