At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition in view of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited vs. Century Textile & Industries Limited, reported in (2017)5 SCC 143, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the competent Authority/Court for grant of compensation. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
