2. The issue relates to counting of service of the petitioner as Government service for the purposes of grant of pension.
3. It appears that various co-ordinate Benches of this Court, including a Division Bench, has passed orders in favour of the respondent authorities by not allowing such prayer. However, the matter is now pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No (s). 26820/2017.

4. Be that as it may, since, as of now, the issue stands decided against the petitioner, no relief can be granted to him.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to move the Court if there if any favourable order on the issue in favour of the petitioner in future.
