04.09.2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3 by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 23950 of 2012 by order dated 19.07.2012 in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 49 of 2012. Considering that the Petitioner seeks cancellation on merits which can not be a ground for canceling bail there being no material to suggest that he ever misused the privilege of bail as also the Opposite Parties are the parents-in-law who could not have possibly registered the marriage, the Application stands dismissed.
