2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.121 of 2024 arising out of Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.250 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. This is second regular bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner and paragraph-2 of bail application
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62516 of 2024(3) dt.18-10-2024 2/3 clearly states that the petitioner had earlier preferred an application vide Cr. Misc. No.82624 of 2023 which was rejected on 11.01.2024 on merit by this Court and the learned Trial Court was directed to expedite the trial of this case.
4. Vide status report dated 02.09.2024 sent by Trial Court in which it is stated that charge was framed on 21.05.2024 and there are seven witnesses and summons have been issued to them for the evidence. It is further stated that he shall take all endeavor to conclude the trial within one year if both sides cooperate.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no offence has been committed by the petitioner and false case has been lodged due to land dispute between husband of the informant and the petitioner. He also submits that inordinate delay has also been caused in lodging FIR without any plausible explanation. Petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2023 having no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to co-operate in the trial.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
