JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 23-07-2019 It is submitted by learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the Union of India that Nirmala Devi who is admittedly wife of the petitioner raised complaint regarding non-maintenance by the petitioner. She has alleged that the petitioner has also married with Sheela Devi and as such he is ignoring Nirmala Devi.
After correspondence with the petitioner and in view of admission of the petitioner that Nirmala Devi is his wife, an amount of Rs 10,000/- is being deducted from his salary and remitted to the bank account of Nirmala Devi. Since none appears on behalf of the petitioner,
