JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State as also counsel for the Informant. In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 49 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 307, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
An allegation has been made that the accused persons have raided the house of the Informant and brutally assaulted by different weapons.
Learned counsel for the Informant submits that the petitioners are life convicts with respect to murder of the father of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25267 of 2017 (3) dt.10-08-2017 the Informant and further submits that they have been released on bail, whereafter, they have tried to kill the Informant by assaulting mercilessly.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case as also the petitioners having criminal antecedent, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, namely, Bhoj Yadav and Gorakh Chaudhary is rejected.
