Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Tribeniganj P.S. Case No. 35 of 2017 registered for the offence under section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 464, 279, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner never ran any clinic or pathology although he possesses valid certificates in that regard. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 13.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21238 of 2017 with Cr. Misc. No. 21089 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No. 21174. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25955 of 2017 (3) dt.21-08-2017 and the submission of the parties, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Supaul in connection with Tribeniganj P.S.
