The petitioners apprehend arrest in Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 197 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 366(A)/34 of the IPC.

It is alleged in the written report that minor daughter of the informant aged 16 years has been abducted by these petitioners and co-accused Raja Kumar and the girl is still traceless.

Further allegation is that the accused persons were keeping the daughter of the informant in concealment with intention to perform her marriage with Raja Kumar. The informant went to inquire about his daughter from these petitioners. But they did not give any information in this regard.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15261 of 2018(3) dt.15-05-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are parents of Raja Kumar. They have no concern with the affair of the victim girl and the aforesaid boy. Case diary has been received.

Learned APP submits that the victim girl is still traceless. These petitioners did not give any clue to the informant about whereabout of the boy and the victim girl. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition stands rejected.

The petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail which will be considered by the court below in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by this order.
