2. The petitioner is in custody since 11.04.2019 in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 99 of 2018 for the offences alleged under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the husband of the deceased. As a matter of fact, the petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence and the deceased committed suicide. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the
