Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, co-accused, Md. Yusuf had taken the deceased to market for purchasing on 10.01.2021 and her dead body was found lying in an open field on 11.01.2021 kept in a gunny bag.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of petitioner has transpired in this case during the course of investigation. It is submitted that petitioner is mother of second wife of husband of deceased and she has got no concern with the family affairs of deceased or her husband. Petitioner is a lady and she has got

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Considering the facts of the case, clean antecedent of the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is a lady, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IX, Bhagalpur in connection with Lodipur PS case No.10/2021, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr.
