JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as also heard learned counsel, appearing for the informant.

Petitioner happens to be full brother of co-accused, Deepak Sah against whom, there is allegation of abduction of the victim girl but learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the victim appeared before learned Sessions Judge, Patna in course of hearing of ABP No. 3481 of 2015 and accepted that she has solemnized her marriage with co-accused, Deepak Sah by her own sweet will and taking note of the aforesaid facts, learned Sessions Judge granted privilege of anticipatory bail to co-accused, Deepak Sah vide order dated 02-07-2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33171 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 78 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Kumar Verma, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Barh, District-Patna.
