The present modification application has been filed for modification of the terms of the order by which the petitioner had been extended the privilege of pre-arrest bail. It is submitted that another similarly situated person had approached this Court and this Court had modified the order.

However, in view of the present situation that the petitioner appears to have been ill, he may approach the concerned Court itself for any such liberty which shall be considered on its own merit by the concerned Court considering
