The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 144, 341, 323, 504, 379, 427, of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Accusation is demolishing the house of the informant, making assault and taking away articles from the house of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation has been levelled in the back ground of land dispute and pending title suit No. 70 of 2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha , West Champaran in Dhanaha P.S. Case no. 77 of 2013, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) M.Rahman/- U T
