The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 25/2016, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in course of hot talk in between Ashok Rai and Ramayan Rai both father and grand father of the informant, the persons, named in the F.I.R., including the petitioner reached there with different weapons and started assaulting the father of the informant. When Chinta Devi, mother of the informant rushed to save his father, this petitioner and Abhishek Rai caused injury through Garasa and Dao due to which

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24780 of 2017 (3) dt.07-09-2017 2/2 she fell down. While she was rushed for treatment at P.H.C., Isuapur, she died there.

Having considered the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
