JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-04-2016 The writ application stands disposed of with a direction upon the University that the claim of the petitioner with regard to revision of his pay and arrears will be forwarded to the Pay Verification Cell for working out the entitlement of the petitioner. After the Pay Verification Cell takes a decision with regard to the status as well as the claim of the petitioner as to the pay scale which he is entitled to in view of the revision, the follow up action with regard to payment etc. will be done. The University must forward the recommendation within a period of four weeks from today and the Pay Verification Cell will take a decision within a period of three months thereafter.
