HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 15-09-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP.

2 The petitioner is in judicial custody in Kankarbagh PS Case No 592 of 2022 dated 28.06.2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of IPC.

3 Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court by order dated 03.05.2023 passed in Cr Misc No 9569 of 2023.

4 As per the FIR, the informant has alleged that he was assaulted by the petitioner due to which he fainted and petitioner's daughter snatched his chain worth Rs 75,000/-. 5 Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. It is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62324 of 2023(2) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 submitted that without waiting for the cooling of the period, the petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail.

6 Taking into consideration the rival submissions, this Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of bail to the petitioner.

7 This bail application stands rejected.
