JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 01-11-2018 This appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution on default in representation. It has been restored on 6.10.2018. The matter was taken up after restoration for consideration of the limitation petition yesterday when a prayer was made for accommodation on ground that learned counsel was stuck in a traffic jam. As prayed the matter was passed over. Today when the matter is called, there is none to press the limitation petition.
