Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madhuban P.S. Case No.309 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304(B) and 201/34 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Motihari, East Champaran.

The petitioner is husband of the deceased.

In the written report, it is alleged that marriage of daughter of the informant was performed on 29.02.2016 and she was done to death in her Sasural on 05.12.2016 and her dead body has been made to disappear.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14895 of 2018 (4) dt.18-06-2018 2/2 The counsel for the State has submitted that case diary has been received, wherein, witnesses have supported the allegation.

In the written report, there is a specific allegation against the petitioner, who is husband of the deceased. Death has occurred within ten months of marriage in Sasural in unnatural manner and the dead body, as per allegation, has been made to disappear.

In such circumstances, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
