The petitioners apprehend arrest in Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 78 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 380, 354, 436, 447, 448, 504, 506, 120(B) of the IPC.

The instant case is counter blast of Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017 filed by petitioner no. 1 against the informant and others for causing death of husband of the petitioner no. 1 by assaulting with arrow.

Learned APP for the State submits that in the instant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36545 of 2018(4) dt.23-08-2018 2/2 case process under Section 83 Cr.P.C. has been issued and execution has also been done, which is apparent from paragraph 109 to 117 of the case diary.

In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition stands rejected.

The petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail which will be considered by the court below in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by this order.
