No. 158 of 2019 dated 04.04.2019 registered at Police Station Mohania under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. I have also perused the relevant record of the case, necessary for adjudication of this petition.

At this stage, considering the nature of the offence, the Court is not inclined to grant bail. The investigation is in progress and the offence is serious.

At this stage, learned counsel submits that petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54070 of 2019(3) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 shall be content if he is permitted to file a fresh application after a period of six months.
