The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 498A, 342, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in short is that the informant was used to be tortured and assaulted by the in laws due to nonfulfillment of illegal demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25-01-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The nature of injury is said to be simple. No offence u/S 307 of the Indian Penal Code is made out. Rest of the offences are triable by the Magistrate.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019.
