Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20370 of 2022 as also to extend the period of surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in order dated 06.01.2022, the petitioner was granted bail but due to inadvertence the address of the petitioner was wrongly typed in the bail petition and so in the order. The correct address of the petitioner is as follows:

"Munna Sah @ Uma Shankar Sah, son of Ram Babu Sah, R/O Village-Sumera Noor Nagar, P.S. Kudhani, District-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64807 of 2022(2) dt.30-11-2022 2/2 Muzaffarpur".

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks after depositing Rs. 2000/- in the victim compensation fund from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Complaint Case No. 419 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur.

The order dated 06.01.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
