2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 1160 of 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant alleged that when she was in her house, the petitioner along with others entered her house and they assaulted the informant as well as her son. The informant further alleged that this petitioner outraged the modesty to her and they taken away jewellary and other articles. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62295 of 2024(2) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 that he has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. He submitted that there has been delay of two days in lodging the present F.I.R. without any explanation. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 1160 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
