JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-11-2017 The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction directing and commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and to appoint the petitioner on any class III post on compassionate ground in the scale of pay after keeping the matter of the petitioner in the District Compassionate Appointment Committee .

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents to give the petitioner all consequential benefits after appointing the petitioner on any class III post in the scale of pay on compassionate ground.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate

5090 of 2013 arising out of Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No. 5328 of 2012."

It has further been submitted that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 4776-4777 of 2017 dated 03.04.2017.

Noticing the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, the present writ application stands disposed of in terms of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 4776-4777 of 2017 dated 03.04.2017. The respondents shall pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
