2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 30.09.2019 as contained in D.B. No. 927 dated 04.10.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, Madhepura by which the application of the petitioner for grant of Arms License has been rejected and also for quashing the order dated 20.04.2023 as contained in Arms Appeal Case No. 12 of 2020 passed by the Commissioner, Koshi Division, Saharsa by which

This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to apply for the grant of arms license afresh after the final decision of the criminal cases filed against him and the authorities will consider the application of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the earlier orders of the authorities rejecting the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license.
