The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No. 23 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 354(B) and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is a case of matrimonial dispute. Petitioner is brother-in-law of informant.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation and no specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner is an Engineer and is doing job in a private firm namely, Shri Kamdhenu Electronics Pvt. Ltd. and he has got no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68135 of 2021(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 concern with the family affairs of informant and her husband. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 23 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
