The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Uda Kishunganj P.S. Case No. 25 of 2017 for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the agnates of the informant and there is litigating terms between them for which a title suit is pending. It is further submitted that the allegation is under section 308 of the Indian Penal Code and the dispute arose out of removal of bamboos clump from the disputed land which occurred on the spur of moment.
Considering the nature of allegation made and the disputes as have been demonstrated in the bail application and the fact that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the

No.27079 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura , in connection with Uda Kishunganj P.S.
