Patna High Court MJC No.2312 of 2015 dt.02-12-2015 2/2 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

By way of the present application under Article 215 of the Constitution of India and Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the petitioner seeks issuance of rule of contempt against the opposite parties, particularly against the respondent no. 2, for his willful defiance to the order dated 14.01.2013 passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 29 of 2012 and the order dated 06.04.2015 passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 1105 of 2014 by this Court.

3. It would be relevant to note that vide the order dated 06.04.2015, Cr. W. J. C. No. 1105 of 2014 was dismissed, whereas, vide order dated 14.01.2013, Cr. W. J. C. No. 29 of 2012 was disposed of as infructuous. Apparently, no direction was issued in either of the two writ petitions to any of the respondents by this Court.

4. In that view of the matter, this Court is satisfied that no case for initiating contempt is made out. Accordingly, the application being devoid of any merit, is hereby dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Kanchan/- U
